Mondays- Approx. 20 miles, easy to moderate pace. Leaves from The Bike Source at 6pm sharp.

Thursdays- 20 miles, constant moderate pace. Fitness ride. Leaves from Bayou Bowl in Monroe at 6pm sharp.
